• Every order has 3 attempts for delivery. The courier will try to contact you by phone up to 3 times. If there's no response or delivery can't be completed, the order will be returned.

Returns
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To qualify, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• In their original condition, with all tags attached
• In the original packaging (where possible)
Final sale items (sale/clearance pieces, or anything marked “final sale” at checkout) cannot be returned but can be exchanged.
How to Start a Return
Send us a DM on Instagram @freddistudio with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll take it from there.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing takes 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item, though your bank may take a few extra days to reflect it. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.).
Exchanges
Want a different size or color instead of a refund? Let us know when you DM us, and we'll swap it, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue store credit or a refund instead.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, DM us @freddistudio within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, no questions, no restocking fees.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns (wrong size, changed your mind, etc.), return shipping is at the customer's expense unless otherwise stated. For our errors or defective items, it's on us.
